Relaxglowis is committed to customer satisfaction. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and service cancellations related to our appliance repair services.

Return Terms

Service cancellations and refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion. Requests made after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The service did not meet the agreed-upon specifications
  • You have documentation of the service issue
  • You have contacted us within the specified timeframe
  • The issue is covered under our service warranty

Return Costs

If a return visit is required due to a service defect covered under warranty, Relaxglowis will cover the cost of the return visit. If the return is due to customer error or issues not covered under warranty, the customer is responsible for return visit costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact us via phone or email within 14 days of service completion
  2. Provide details about the service issue and your concerns
  3. We will evaluate your request and may request additional information
  4. We will work with you to resolve the issue or process a refund
  5. You will receive confirmation of the resolution or refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Services that have been completed successfully and are functioning as intended
  • Parts that have been installed and are functioning properly
  • Services affected by customer misuse or damage after service completion
  • Issues arising from normal wear and tear after service completion
  • Problems caused by external factors beyond our control

General Legal Requirements

This policy complies with New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled service appointment:

  • With at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time
  • Cancellations made with proper notice incur no charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee

Refund Procedure

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • You will receive notification when the refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

Warranty Information

All repair services come with a warranty period. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service. Warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts installed by Relaxglowis.
